Dear Russell,
I would like to thank your staff for providing outstanding
service during the sale of my home. I worked with Therese, Sandy
and Katie. I like the way each person has their own area of
expertise throughout the process. I work in the service industry
myself and it is always nice to be recognized for providing good
service.
Therese was "right on the money" of what I would get for my
condo. I appreciate her honesty and her love of Seinfeld.
Sandy was very thorough in looking over the offer sheet. There
were mistakes from the buyer's agent and she corrected them.
Even though I accepted the buyer's terms I had full faith in
Sandy’s negotiating skills. I can see she truly represents your
clients’ best interests.
Katie was very informative throughout the closing process. Since
I have never sold a home before she made the process less
stressful. If I had a question and she needed to do research on
it, she said she would get back to me and she did by the end of
the day. If she said I was going to get a call from the title
agency, I did that day. She let me know what I needed to do for
closing and gave ample time to get it done. She was a real
pleasure to work with.
So "Bravo Zulu" (means job well done in FEDEX language)
